TANNING AND TRIMMING
Our experts Trim and Dry each hide based on the required sizes. We employ specialized machinery to eliminate undesirable components, including fat, hair, and protein. The hides are then put through a rigorous tanning process to ensure that all contaminants are removed.
CLEANING AND DRYING
The hides are adequately cleaned before being transported to dry after the tanning procedure. Once they have dried, they are equipped and polished to create wearable clothing.
STITCHING
The designing, cutting, and assembling all happen at this stage. The jacket is created first, then made by trained craftsmen utilizing machinery and tools to produce a final jacket following the specified size and color.
CUTTING AND ASSEMBLING
Our professionals gather the tanned pieces and cut them to the required size and pattern. Accents like zippers, studs and ornate decorations are applied depending on the style. Our goal is to provide a durable jacket that will look good for a long time after being worn.
INSIDE AND SUPPORTS
