Our Return Policy

Boneshia Fashion offers the most specialized yet stress-free Return/Exchange policies. We understand the fact that you must receive what you have paid for and therefore, if you have any concern with the quality of the purchased jacket, you can either Exchange or Return that product within 10 days. But before you do so, send us an email at before mailing the product so we can inform our warehouse manager of your return item in advance.


Here are some policies for the return/exchange that must be followed:

• You can Return/Exchange any product purchased by You have a 10 days to either Return or Exchange if you are not completely happy with that product. But after 10 days, NO return or exchange will be offered.

• For our customer’s pleasure, we also offer store credits, which means that you can use the credit in future if you think you don’t like any product now or wait till we get any new products in our store!

• If the product is damaged, torn, mistreated, altered or misused, then we will not accept it for either Exchange or Return and you have to keep it, even if sent within 10 days.

• We ensure before shipping every product that quality matches our standard needs. If it gets spoiled during shipping, we will prepare a new product and mail it on our expense with expedite shipping.

• Custom or personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• One must accept the order in order to return or exchange it. If you did not accept the order shipped, you would not be eligible for return or exchange.

• The product shipped from outside the USA warehouse will not qualify for a return. We advise you to carefully select your size.

• Since we offer free shipping on all our merchandise, which is why we do not provide a return label, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ship the product at their own expense.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Suits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale Products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Products under $100 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The demand for cancellation your order will be only accepted upon conditions declared below:

• For cancelling within 3 days, there will be a 25% subtraction from the total payment.

• For cancelling within 7 days, there will be a 45% subtraction from the total payment.

• No cancellation will be honored if the requisition comes after 7 days from the order placing day.

All Returns or Exchange must be returned to the same address where they were mailed out from, which could be our international warehouse. Please remember to notify before mailing the product via email at for address confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted if the product hasn't been dispatched. However, once the product has been dispatched, the customer must receive it to start the return process. Refusing to accept the package will result in no Refund or Exchange.
